4 stars because I was given a La Mer sample here once! Definitely a "quality over quantity" experience, but nothing you can't order at Sephora. A little underwhelmed with the selection, considering it's supposed to be "luxury". Was really hoping to find Chanel here, not the Hourglass, Bobbi Browne rotation they literally have at the Ulta across the street.
Amy is extremely helpful, sweet, and knowledgeable! She took her time with me to make sure I found the right products and was never rushed. She made the experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
I bought and then returned a defective/expired SC product from this store. I normally order through the SC website, but the idea of being able to purchase SC products in store was a convenient idea. That was the last time I will shop at the VB Blue Mercury store. My experience purchasing and returning was extremely uncomfortable. The ladies in this store that I encountered are enough to not want to me to shop here again.
