I bought and then returned a defective/expired SC product from this store. I normally order through the SC website, but the idea of being able to purchase SC products in store was a convenient idea. That was the last time I will shop at the VB Blue Mercury store. My experience purchasing and returning was extremely uncomfortable. I was so pleased to find my high end products in a local store (La Mer)! I was so sad to be followed around by the manager. It's a shame in 2025 all this racism still exists.

The store itself is beautiful, clean, and well stocked and I always feel boujie when I decide to pick anything up from here, but the staff makes it. Ashley is a rockstar! She was so kind, and interacting with her was so refreshing compared to a lot of other cosmetic stores. She helped me pick out a few products and showed me a few new things to try- she’s extremely sweet and helpful.
