I had an amazing experience here. The entire staff was so warm and inviting and if it had 10 stars I’d give it to them.
I had such a lovely experience here today and I wanted to share my gratitude here on google for Natalie. She was so kind and knowledgeable, lead me to the products I asked for immediately. My interaction with her created trust right away. I also wanted to say thank you to Haley. She was sweet and thoughtful and got my dog a treat while we were there too. Loved meeting the team today.

Update. The management is a joke. This rudest worker at this location literally posted a review by herself and representing herself regarding the worst retail experience I have had. I am from New York City. And I work in PR. Lundy, I know you are gonna see this. I will report you and your behavior to the head office of Bluemercury.
