I came to this location a bit ago to make a return. One staff member helped me get an eyeshadow and grabbed it for me, didn't show the product to me, and rang it up. When I got home, I realized it was the completely wrong color. Like not even close. So I brought it back. There were two staff members and a few people in the store. I was in a huge hurry, traveling from San Diego to Capitol Hill, and needed just about everything in travel size and with instructions. Rhonda greeted me warmly, listened and immediately went to work. She compiled products, applied them all and showed me what she was doing along the way, even created a sheet for "dummies" for me to follow.
