I want to send a big thank you to Shanice at the Winter Park Mercury store. She went above and beyond helping me find the perfume I wanted. She made my experience one of the kind and she was super sweet, professional and very attentive to detail. Thank you Shanice for making my day so much better and for my lovely perfume.
I am giving this store high marks because the one clerk who went out of her way to help me with an odd request regarding a way to cover the dark veins in my hands. This sales associate though I did not get her name said she was a former nurse. Lovely lady, very genuine, very kind and a wonderful asset to your store. I was not impressed with the other clerks as they looked on and giggled/ snickered? Love this location! All employees are very nice and welcoming!
Maria is very patient and knowledgeable. Without a doubt she went out of her way to assist me and answer all my questions. She went above and beyond to provide me with the birthday gift that fit my needs as a triple negative breast cancer survivor. Thank you Maria and all the beautiful humans at this location. You made my visit so wonderful and I look forward to the next one.
