Awful experience. I was accidentally sold a "tester" by an employee two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I had left for a trip. As soon as I got back in town, I went in to get it replaced. I no longer knew where the receipt was, but was hopeful that they could find the sale in their system. Love the atmosphere and love the staff!!
Rude and disrespectful to customers. I had my little sister in this store for the first time and we were ignored and I was told I could not be helped because they were on “break” okay?
I have no idea about blue Mercury but this is really funny I have a client in close proximity to the store that's why it probably came up in the GPS location. The parking behind it can be a little tight so everyone's got to work together but the gals in blue Mercury are just terrific they have really great attitudes and really seem to enjoy working there
