This place used to be great. You would walk in somebody would ask you what you were looking for, they would guide you and help you try on products and you would walk out looking like $1 million even if all you wanted to do was pick up a new mascara. Today I walk in and there’s a tribe of women in black talking to each other. I felt like I interrupted them. Awful experience. I was accidentally sold a "tester" by an employee two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I had left for a trip. As soon as I got back in town, I went in to get it replaced. I no longer knew where the receipt was, but was hopeful that they could find the sale in their system.
