Live and work in Westport, have stopped by twice and both times was disappointed with the lack of customer service. Employees are either rude or ignore you completely.

I’m a local resident and local business owner and it was so unfortunate when I walked into the local westport location and the store representatives about 5 all simply ignored me and watched me from a far as if they assumed I was going to shop lift. I was heart broken it was the second experience in my home town of Westport in four years of living here. I walked across the street to the new Chanel Boutique and spent my money there.

Love this store and the people who work here. Randy and Tara are here most of the time and are very knowledgeable and generous w samples :) I have not tried Jessica yet, but I hear a lot of good things about her treatments ! Also Barbara knows everything about skincare and is never trying to push a sales. Just sharing her knowledge!
