Went today after many years. Two salespeople were very helpful and attentive. The check out was not helpful or friendly…the ladies were more interested in lunch than helping me. However because of the 2 salespeople I would go back. Best ambiance and selection in the area.

I had a free facial there this past Saturday and while my skin appeared to be fine immediately thereafter, that night and continuing through today (2 days later) my skin has never looked more irritated or bad. I’ve had several facials before and treatments but I wish I had never done this. I feel like my skin barrier is ruined, and I question the cleanliness given the state of my face. I posted a very bad review a while ago about my experiences here. I was always looked at and never helped and the staff were extremely ignorant and treated you like dirt. I told their corporate center and their store manager about it and they seemed to “hear me” but never did. I tried again to go in and that was the last straw- they treated me so poorly I called their corporate office and said I had it they cant profile or treat people like that.
