Amazing store! Lots of clean ingredient brands and Trish McEvoy makeup!! Service was bar none. Outstanding knowledge of products. My new favorite spot in SB :)
I stopped into the Blue Mercury in Santa Barbara while visiting for the first time, looking for makeup for my brother's wedding. I was lucky enough to be helped by Raquel. She was literally the kindest soul. She explained their minimum purchase for a complimentary makeup application, then got started on my makeup. While she did my makeup, she gained insight into what products I might be interested in. Once we were finished, she helped me pick out great products to reach the minimum purchase threshold. Went here a while back and started to think to myself I must go back to Santa Barbara and do some more shopping at Bluemercury! Purchased some amazing items and they gave me a bunch of samples which is amazing while traveling!
Worst experience of my life! worst service, I think one of the saleswomen has racist views... She treated me as if I came to steal something and had no money... Don't judge someone by their clothes! by their appearance! I've lived in SB for three years and this is the first such incident... never again shopping in this store!
