Love my Trish rep, Francesca! She’s knowledgeable, kind, helpful, & always helps me pick the right products for me. She goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. She also keeps me informed of new products that she thinks I’ll like. She actually introduced me to the Trish McEvoy line, & I love it!
I have been a loyal customer for years - even when the staff gave me the wrong mascara and I drove back to the store to get the correct one, and they put the wrong one in my bag AGAIN…. But they were so nice…until tonight when I arrived 5 minutes to closing… the woman in tonight said “we’re closed…then rolled her eyes and said” you can come back in if you want”- really??? No actually I would rather buy online for no attitude…goodbye Blue Mercury. And to all the amazing staff that I have purchased from over the years- thank y... read more
