I have been a loyal customer for years - even when the staff gave me the wrong mascara and I drove back to the store to get the correct one, and they put the wrong one in my bag AGAIN…. But they were so nice…until tonight when I arrived 5 minutes to closing… the woman in tonight said “we’re closed…then rolled her eyes and said” you can come back in if you want”- really???
