My recent visit to Blue Mercury was a delight! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. A special shout-out to the manager, Jasmine, who truly made the experience wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, offering helpful insights and making the entire process fun and enjoyable. I left feeling well-informed and with exactly what I needed for an early Mother's Day present. Highly recommend!

Love this place if it wasn’t for jasmine I would be lost I went in looking for a skin care for my wife and this young lady was very helpful highly recommended! Great customer service

I went in for under eye cream and learned so much about all products that could work. Jasmine helped me pick one and then helped me with some cover up products. I am not well versed in makeup. Jasmine made me comfortable and by the end of my shopping trip, I had great products and clear instructions! I HIGHLY recommend Blue Mercury! Staff is great!!

I barely walk in the door and am greeted by fantastic, attentive and helpful support. I avoid Sephora and drive way out of my way to come be with this staff. They are beautiful, and caring!

Went in to pick up a few products. Was in the Berkeley store for over 15 minutes, no one asked if they could help, no one greeted me, so I put the items back and left. I can get much better and faster service purchasing high-end skin care elsewhere.
