If I could give zero stars I would, I’ve never had a victim mentality in any situation, but there were two workers that were helping people and I had just waited 15 minutes and after 15 minutes I had just said could I please get a sample of these two I knew exactly what shade and they never went to do it. I had the most amazing experience at Bluemercury, thanks to Claire! She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and truly attentive to my skincare needs. What really stood out was her kindness and the qualities that are often missing in customer service these days. Claire made me feel welcomed and cared for, and her recommendations were exactly what my skin needed. I highly recommend seeing her for all your skincare needs!

Kara and the rest of the Blue Mercury staff are exceptional! I was oblivious as to what kind of men's facial cream I should get. Kara educated me on what moisturizers I should be using for my face and body. Her knowledge and guidance helped make my experience at Blue Mercury so much easier. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the best moisturizers and customer service.
