What has happened to the customer service at Blue Mercury on Rt.73 in Marlton? The plump, dark-haired young woman who was the only sales attendant in the store acknowledged me and then went on to wait on 3 people who came in after me. I said something to her and she acted like a zombie. I left.

The customer service at this Bluemercury location is absolutely top tier. Knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, I always trust them to point me in the right direction. Especially with higher-end (and priced) products, you want to know that what you're buying is going to work for you and do what it says it does. I've never been lead astray here! On top of that, everyone is so friendly and kind--even on the busiest days of holiday shopping season!

First off I want to start of by saying the customer service I received was top tier. The past couple weeks I'd been feeling really down and believe it or not my boyfriend decided to take me to the store to cheer me up. I didn't want to go in but I did. I was greated by one of the most genuine and beautiful people (Christina). She helped me find the perfect products for my skin and let me test them out and make sure they were right for me.
