Recently visited this Bluemercury on River Rd. It was my very first visit on the recommendation of my cousin in New Jersey...she raves about this store and spends a lot of $$$ here. About 2pm on a recent Saturday I enter the store expecting to be WOWED!!....3 associates behind the counter ignored me! No greeting..not even eye contact. There was just 1 customer paying at counter. The skincare routine and products provided by Chardonae worked great. I originally thought that the products were mainly for women until trying them and seeing that they worked for everyone. Thank you again, highly recommended and definitely coming back.
Wow, might be the best Bluemercury I’ve ever been to! Chardonae was amazing!!! Called to inquire about a product and she had it waiting for me when I got to the store, helped me make an exchange and recommended me another great product as well. Other ladies in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable and the store itself looked beautiful. Thank you!!! I’ll be back when I’m in town!!!

Not only did she help me find the perfect products for myself, but she also guided my 16-year-old daughter, who has been struggling to navigate skincare.
