I’m lucky to have 2 stores within 10 minutes of my home and office, however I go 30 minutes out of my way to the Closer location to see Alicia and team. Alicia’s expertise is second to none, she makes everyone who walks in that door feel special. I cannot recommend her and this store enough, you will not be disappointed.
I always feel self-conscience going to a beauty counter. I have been taken advantage of more times than I can count being sold products that do not work for me or my skin tone. That all ended when I walked into the Blue Mercury at Closter Plaza and met Alicia and Nancy. My skin has never looked better. They know skin and products and tell you like it is in a funny, no frills, non-salesy way. I don’t go anywhere else now or buy a new product without consulting Alicia or Nancy.

My first time coming in to replace a product I bought online, the older woman with the short blonde hair cut looked me up and down with a scowl and ignored me when I said hello. What strange behavior??
