I always feel self-conscience going to a beauty counter. I have been taken advantage of more times than I can count being sold products that do not work for me or my skin tone. That all ended when I walked into the Blue Mercury at Closter Plaza and met Alicia and Nancy. My skin has never looked better. They know skin and products and tell you like it is in a funny, no frills, non-salesy way. I don’t go anywhere else now or buy a new product without consulting Alicia or Nancy.
Definitely worth to visit and follow the recommendations from the well trained/professionals in Closter shop. Ariselli, she is one of the best to advise you and assist with your beauty needs. Many warm thanks to Ariselli. Christina
My first time coming in to replace a product I bought online, the older woman with the short blonde hair cut looked me up and down with a scowl and ignored me when I said hello. What strange behavior??
I have only the higest praise for my experience at Blue Mercury in Closter, NJ! Natalie was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. The manager was understanding & helpful! My new goto store!
Extremely rude staff-specifically an older woman salesperson. Not a friendly, solicitous attitude in the least, and seems annoyed if you have reasonable questions about products. Not a good look-will spend my money elsewhere.
