My daughter and I had such a lovely shopping experience at your Closter plaza store on June 12. Alicia and her associates could not have been nicer or more helpful. Alicia's product recommendations were spot on and she went above and beyond calling a store in my daughter's neighborhood to place an order for shampoo and conditioner not carried in store so she didn't have to fly with it or worry about it getting stolen from her doorstep because she wasn't home. The Closter NJ location has always been a pleasant experience. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable as well as welcoming. I don’t get that experience at other NJ Blue Mercury locations.
I had a similar experience to the last reviewer. 0 star if I can. I visited the store with my daughter and was immediately disappointed by the staff’s behavior. Three employees were standing at the front door, chatting among themselves. One of them gave me a head-to-toe look, and none of them greeted me or even acknowledged our presence. I was shopping for a birthday gift and browsed the store for over 10 minutes. During that time, not a single staff member offered help.
