I stopped by to browse while my husband was at the coffee shop next door. One of the associates kindly offered to help, and I thanked her but let her know I was just looking. She then asked if she could do my makeup, and I politely declined again. After that, she looked at me and asked if I was wearing makeup, even though I clearly was. I had a fantastic experience at Bluemercury! Claire was absolutely amazing. I came in looking for a facial cleanser and wasn’t exactly sure what would work best for my skin. I needed some new mascara and I walked out with mascara. I had a successful shopping experience here. The staff was very helpful and zoned in on what I said I wanted. They have very high end products and more adorable options as well. I signed up for their Blue Mercury loyalty program. The more you spend the more points you earn. They seem to always be having some kind of specials going on. They have tons of moisturizers and cleansers for your face. It also looked like they had a spa area.

I booked a make up lesson with Isabella because I wanted to learn more about the Victoria Beckham beauty line. I worked as a makeup up artist myself for several years but have been feeling uninspired lately. I was very pleased to have a collaborative & fun conversation with Isabella as she expertly explained the line. Very rude staff. The store sits next to a coffee shot, so the cafe customers naturally line up along the storefront. On Sunday morning I was waiting in the café line before the Blue Mercury store opened and had no idea they were preparing to open. Instead of simply asking me to step aside, the employee deliberately squeezed past me extremely close (almost hitting me) even though there was plenty of space.
