I went to the glen mills store yesterday (6/20). The sales clerk was so nice, understanding, and accommodating. I am mad I did not get her name. I love the products she gave me. The undereye cream/oil is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend over sephora or ulta. Really took her time explaining and giving me different options.

Their website and voicemail say they’re open 10-7pm on weekends. I came at 4pm on a Saturday and the doors are locked, store completely empty. I drove over 40 minutes to get here. What a waste

I just left Bluemercury in Glen Mills, PA. I went to purchase a cleanser in their M-61 line, which I have used continuously for over five years. I saw that the bottle shrunk by more than 50-percent for the same price. I asked the sales person what other cleaners are comparable to the cleaner. I did not want to pay the same price for half of the amount of product. She showed me a couple of products and continuously remarked how expensive they are. Lorraine was extremely helpful professional and friendly. She went out of her way to help me. She made me want to come back and shop. I was in a few weekends ago and did not get the same outstanding service from a different employee. Glad I came back for a second chance.
