I don’t know who’s actually posting the 5 star reviews oh here, probably the staff when they have nothing better to do. If you’re attractive, well dressed, and drive a nice car (par for the course in our neighborhood) be prepared for attitude, out of place comments, a stare down (they need to see what bag you’re wearing) and just absolute nonsense from the experts who “run” this place. Seriously, Bluemercury has the best customer service ever. Everyone there is just so kind and super helpful. They knew exactly where everything was, and when I told them what I was looking for, they instantly knew the perfect product for me. That product was so good, I've literally bought it 5 times! They're just the best
Went in last weekend looking for skinceuticals eye cream and I had a great experience. The person who helped me was very nice and made sure to explain my options. Will definitely be back.
Love this blue mercury store - I went to get makeup starting this year (was willing to splurge a bit) and it didn’t disappoint. Carolina helped me to get everything I needed! Skincare + makeup I even got free samplers, a cute makeup bag and a candle. Would recommend 100%
