I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and gave me a lot of information on the products I was looking at. They also have a large selection of products. It’s my go to for skin care as well as some of the best candles out there.

I don’t know who’s actually posting the 5 star reviews oh here, probably the staff when they have nothing better to do. If you’re attractive, well dressed, and drive a nice car (par for the course in our neighborhood) be prepared for attitude, out of place comments, a stare down (they need to see what bag you’re wearing) and just absolute nonsense from the experts who “run” this place. Seriously, Bluemercury has the best customer service ever. Everyone there is just so kind and super helpful. They knew exactly where everything was, and when I told them what I was looking for, they instantly knew the perfect product for me. That product was so good, I've literally bought it 5 times! They're just the best
