So many people have already complained about unfriendly customer service at this particular store and yet there has not been any improvement. One particular male associate is certainly very unpleasant and rude to non white customers. I would love to go to this store more as it is near by but because of poor quality of customer service here I don’t feel like going in there, even when there’s big sales event is going there. Wow! The staff at Bluemercury are absolutely amazing. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have extremely sensitive skin with severe allergies, and they helped me find a full set of products that work perfectly. The store and service are truly five stars all the way!
