I popped in to explore new products and see if I could find a new makeup and I had such a great experience! Trisha was so lovely, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for new products.
So many people have already complained about unfriendly customer service at this particular store and yet there has not been any improvement. One particular male associate is certainly very unpleasant and rude to non white customers. I would love to go to this store more as it is near by but because of poor quality of customer service here I don’t feel like going in there, even when there’s big sales event is going there.
