I never do surveys but I came in looking to update my makeup routine and met Caroline who really took the time to help and guide me through what would be an overwhelming process. It was like talking to a girl friend instead of a salesperson as she helped me address my concerns and showed me a few tricks too. The customer service treatment I received from her is really rare these days and I would recommend asking for her when you go in to shop!
Dani helped me pick out some new fabulous products today! She was patient and kind. Her customer service skills are top notch. All the ladies, but especially Carmen and Dani at blue mercury are so helpful and sweet. I love shopping here.
I want to thank Carmen for helping me pick out my foundation for the Ogee brand. She was so sweet and helpful and picked my color on the first try. She was very informative on the products I bought and I can’t say enough about how helpful she was!
Location is great! All workers were friendly and welcoming. Dani gave my family and I full face makeup that helped me find everything that I needed. She explained all the products and was very kind to all of us!
