Staff was really nice. One of the wonderful ladies here worked with me to make sure that I was able to order my face wash that was sold out at this particular store and online. She called multiple different Blue Mercuries and she was able to get one mailed to my house. She went above and beyond and it was very kind.
Staff is insanely rude. Shampoo was out of stock, it took a second employee to offer to order it for me. I just went with Amazon instead. Unimpressed. I got the vibe I was being judged based on gender. Hard pass.
Lack good sales people.
Amazing service. Genuine interest in each and every customer. Karissa excels as the manager in her style with both custom and employees.
I came here looking for a new face cream. Casey was so helpful and knowledgeable about the m61 products and gave me an amazing recommendation.
