I always love my shopping experience at Bluemercury located in Montclair, New Jersey. Monique and Yasmine are exceptional! Not only are they knowledgeable about the products, they were able to guide me to exactly what I was looking for. They really helped me get the right product to repair the dryness in my lips which I was experiencing due to the wintery weather.

I finally dove in face first to becoming a Bluemercury loyalist. Given my skin is changing, it was time to go in and refresh my whole skin regimen supply kit. Holly was the team member who helped me. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking to achieve, what I had done in the past, what I liked...what I didn't like...and helped me find the right products for my skin type and lifestyle. The products and store is well-kept but the sales associates I have recent experience with act like they think they have something better to do than help me, barely making eye contact and giving short answers to my questions, even though they ask themselves if I want help. Girl if you are going to offer help then act like you actually want to give it to me if I say yes. Otherwise don’t ask and I’ll give you your space that you clearly want.

wonderful experience everytime I come into the store. Holly, Kelly, and Deb especially are always so helpful and kind. Genuinely always a pleasure to go.
