Regina is amazing at what she does. She is passionate, the store is so organized and clean. She is so welcoming and warm. They offer mini facials and makeovers. She takes the time to listen to what you need
I love shopping at this store. It has been the best experience I've had shopping in Naples. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's always welcoming and Regina and staff are very informative. I highly recommend Bluemercury Naples for your beauty needs.
Horrendous location. The manager Regina is completely not educated when it comes to products and product ingredients. She claims she’s a nurse but doesn’t know the difference between dry skin or oily skin. Save your time and go to Saks
