I always get great help and advice when I visit this place. I’m thrilled to have stumbled upon another store with a more exciting array of products compared to the usual stores. It’s a bit of a bummer that they don’t have an app though.

I had a nightmare of an issue with blue mercury’s customer service over the phone about a item I ordered in store to be sent to my house but was out of stock. Luckily I went to the manager of the store whose name is Gigi, who was so nice and kind enough to resolve this issue I was having. I had been dealing with the issue for over a month and no one had reached out to me from Blue Mercury corporate and Gigi was able to resolve the issue in just a few days! Lovely store with great products and a wonderful staff! I don't usually wear makeup because of skin and eye sensitivities, but I have some big events coming up that I wanted to get some products for. Pamela took her time choosing sensitive products and applying an entire makeup look on me, and she really listened to my requests for a more natural look.
