This store has a bunch of products that I love, but the customer service…lackluster. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted verbally or even acknowledged. My only interaction with an employee made me feel like I wasn’t welcome in the store. I greeted an employee and she didn’t look up from testing makeup on her hands. She didn’t offer to help me, which is fine, but she still didn’t look at me when I asked her for assistance.
