Been here a few times and while I generally had ok experiences, the staff have officially made me not want to come back. They have multiple times had what I can best describe as "mean girl energy", and made me feel targeted for being inexperienced with makeup. There was one time where I had to help myself with removing the makeup I had tested, as the employees were ignoring me in favor of gossiping with each other. Nothing against them as people, but for how expensive everything is in this store I would hope for better :(.
