Ali was quick to respond and quick to replace a faulty part of our Pulsacoil electric water heater. He is reasonably priced, but most of all, very kind, sympathetic and helpful in such a friendly way. I would certainly call on Ali again and would recommend his services wholeheartedly.
Great service attending for a leak within a couple of hours we could not fix ourselves. quickly fixed and Ali was a great guy with great advice on other questions I had. Would use again and recommend!
Had an issue with my boiler suddenly stopping, and Ali came round to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty circulator pump and got it replaced with minimal fuss. Really impressed with how efficiently he worked, no unnecessary delays or drama. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy to have around.
