Blue Line Barbecue in Starke is absolutely incredible. The food is truly divine and without a doubt the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I've heard a lot about this place, Just got here, first impression? Well there out of food at 4:56 pm on a Friday... We had the pulled pork and sausage, it was good... But like every other BBQ place in Starke... It was good, but nothing special, How many BBQ places can we build in Starke .. Peace Out . Don't be in a wheelchair, not user friendly at all... I am so disappointed. Reading the reviews from others, I had great expectations. So I am even more let down. There is no handicap parking. There is no handicap accessibility. I was finally able to get in and that’s as far as I got before I gave up and left. The only handicap parking that we saw was over by the the welding supply store. Even then, there was no accessibility to get to the barbecue. You cannot get a mobility cart in the door. You can barely get a walker in. What a letdown.
BlueLineQ is absolutely worth seeking out. Their open hours are inconsistent. Their meats are phenomenal. Their pitmaster is quite literally an artist. Lamb Chops are one of their specialties. When available, you must try them!
