If a business is too busy to take on new clients that is perfectly understandable. However, it is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to not reply to potential customers after they have reached out multiple times to book a job. Their receptionist seems polite, but Do not waste you time waiting for a return call that will never come to actually schedule anything
