These guys are amazing! Our pool was black. They drained it cleaned it! Scrubbed it to the best of their abilities. They did it so fast too! Great price and willing to help answer questions! I highly recommend!

We had this company for a little over a year and didn't have any issues but last week that changed. Our tech serviced our pool and as he left he waved and gave a thumbs up indicating all was well. Few hours later I se my chlorine tablet float is in pieces in my pool with no lid. I contacted Allen to ask about why this was broken in my pool and why i wasn't told anything about it. Ha! I received a marketing email today asking me for feedback and recommendation. Well, here it is. I put in a request via the website 3/13 regarding servicing my pool. Heard nothing so followed up with a phone call on 3/20 and was asked to text my info so I did just that. Heard nothing back so I texted back on 3/26 and said to forget it. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but since it was requested, I figured I'd oblige. Clearly I do not recommend Blue Laguna.
