They were unable/unwilling to get the California TeleConnect Fund Subsidy that we are eligible for. When we lost our E-Rate subsidy and they knew we would have to leave, they increased our invoice by 25% and then refused to release the lines. They kept dragging their heels, month after month until another month would go by and we would have to pay another inflated bill.
