I’m a wildland firefighter and was in route to a wildfire when the turbo in our engine went out. My crew and I were on the side of a mountain near Blairsville NC on Easter Sunday and we really needed help to get our engine going again. We called Jay and even on a Sunday holiday he came to us and had us back up and running in time for us to still get to the wildfire incident command post.
While on a camping trip, our truck started leaking coolant. Jay came out shortly after our call and diagnosed the issue. He returned first thing the next morning with the part needed to complete the repair. Jay was friendly, professional, and the price was super fair! Thanks to Jay we were able to make it home safely and with no issues!
I’ve had 3 different mechanics try to work on my old truck. Money down the drain. Jay came prepared with schematics and had clearly studied for my specific issues. Our car broke down gradually over our weekend at Helen, Georgia and by our departure day on Sunday we could no longer jump the car even though the battery was good. BlueJay came to our rental and replaced the starter for us in a timely fashion and we were up and running for our trip back home. If he had not come out, (it was Sunday, cold and starting to rain,) we would have had to get the car towed and stay more nights until we could figure stuff out. I’m from Florida and I accidentally put gas in a diesel truck and Jerry came to the rescue on the side of the ride. He took the fuel tank out and cleaned all the gas out for me. He got me back on my way in a very effiecent amount of time. I highly recommend his services.
