Very old building. Narrow hallway. Floor quakes everywhere. Apartments have mice and roaches. Dirty carpet, and bathtub. Dark premises at night because the management never had the desire to replace the bulb. I saw some tenants peed regularly in the parking area. Even the rent is cheap, I would suggest you to avoid this place specifically if you have a family with kid.
