Improving customer service. I closed my business account after 2 months... The worst service i have ever experienced. Unable to secure a business loan for a start up.. Another bank in the area gave me approval in 12 hours for more money.. I would not recommend this bank to anyone... I never leave bad reviews, i always find the positive in everything.. This was just not a good experience.. Unhappy client.
