Jonah from Bluegums Carpentry built a deck for me, and it turned out better than I could’ve hoped for. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are next level, and he made sure everything was finished perfectly. Jonah was easy to deal with, listened to what I wanted, and even gave some great suggestions to improve the design. Couldn’t be happier with the result — if you need quality carpentry, he’s your guy!

We engaged Bluegums Heritage to repair a rotting doorframe at the back of our old workers cottage in Balmain. As with many of these sorts of dwellings, it turned out that the structure that required rebuilding had not been originally built as expected. Jonah was meticulous about trying to match architrave profiles, paint colours, etc. He was also very conscientious about getting the job finished in spite of rain delays. We would highly recommend Bluegums Heritage for any carpentry and/or heritage related jobs.

Could not recommend Jonah highly enough. His work is impeccable. He is punctual, efficient and clean. A very skilled carpenter with amazing attention to detail.
