Cockroaches, broken blinds, poor cleaning setup, and very slow service From day one, the apartment was a disappointment. Cockroaches and insects everywhere, bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, hallways. Both bedroom blinds are broken, and the so-called “fully equipped” apartment came with only a vacuum cleaner and no basic cleaning tools. Customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond to comfort issues. For the price we’re paying, this level of maintenance and service is unacceptable.
Blueground offers apartments in top locations, provides excellent service and communication. Apartment are generally well equiped and very clean
In May, I applied to a role that I have held at other companies for a decade. I just received a rejection three months later with a no-reply. This company is a joke.
We secured an apartment for two months, we made a mistake on the year and rented the apartment for September and October 2026. We discovered our mistake when we no longer needed the rental . We canceled the rental mid July. After numerous emails to different people it is now the 18th of August and we still have not been able to receive our money back. We were told a week ago we would receive a wire transfer by Thursday or Friday of last week. Still no money and they are not answering our emails.
