DO NOT STAY WITH Blueground FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SANITY! Avoid 676 N LaSalle, the Ardus building. My experience with Blueground is its exhibiting dishonest practices habitually shamelessly. Sofia Foti is a prime example making simple refund process difficult and lied regarding my stay even though I checked out early due to inhabitable circumstances. Was as pictured. Modern and clean. Only problem was noise level. Very tall ceilings and we could hear people walking above us and whenever people ran water it was very loud through the pipes. I would say ok for short term but we were there for 10 weeks. Also we were right next to the common outdoor area on the First floor so it got noisy on the weekends.
Truly the worst rental experience ever! The apartment was dirty and uncleaned upon arrival. They promise luxury linens, ours were dirty stained and unwashed with dirty stained pillows. Requested new linens they sent 40 dollar microfiber...Luxury?? A joke. Bought my own new pillows. I have a stream of so many cancelled requests to deliver a cleaning it is a joke.
