Rented an apartment in Seattle but it has been a nightmare. There is a homeless camp, basically in the backyard. They are blocking the apartment entrance, even gaining access and harassing renters. Feel completely unsafe but Blueground is refusing to help. All I want is to find a different building that is maintained and safe - is that too much to ask? They are basically ignoring me, making me wait for days for a response as they "escalate" my request.
CHECK THE NEWEST REVIEWS FIRST!!! I would not use this service ever again. We recently rented a house from blueground. On the first day they emailed letting us know that there were multiple issues with the house (we had already moved in) and asked if they could enter to fix them. We of course said yes, but it was odd that they didn't fix them before we moved in. They never came, and over a month later most of the issues remain.
