In October of 2025, I had been searching for a vacation destination and I came across Bluegreen vacations offering a 4 day and 3 night stay in Gatlinburg for a great price, with a promise to go through the presentation and sales process. I got to my tour super late after a clerical misunderstanding - I had the time changed to later in the afternoon, but the Hilton system never reflected this. I explained the situation to the staff and they still let me do the tour! Thank you all so much!!
They were not upfront about cost... they sold me the experience but our family doesn't have that type of disposable income sadly. We did a trail for 1 year but we won't be extending past this and I felt regret about taking the trail as it wasn't what I wanted.
They got us! And we couldn’t be happier with our decision. My wife and I were offered an opportunity to stay at a resort. Had never been to TN so opted for the Smokey Mountains. We went in set on saying no. Storm (actual name) sold my wife, while Jeff and Austin closed the deal. Really gave us a comfortable family feel and worked within our limited budget. Excited for a lifetime of vacations.
