We were told 2 hrs and we would be done, turned into a 4 hr ordeal!! Strike 1. We were put into a room that had only 4 feet of room around the bed. The window was right next to the walk way so we closed the curtains. Ppl would walk by and actually look in!! Strike 2. Do yourself a favor and think twice before booking through this timeshare company. The experience was nowhere near what we were led to believe it would be. First, the view was awful, and the hotel experience itself was even worse. The accommodations and service were not what we expected from what was presented to us during the sales process.
