The hotel didn't look very nice on the outside but the inside of our room was very nice and clean. The service was great. The location was perfect, 20-minute drive to Disney Parks, 5 minutes from International Drive, plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area.
Hate the elevator really slow even takes forever for doors to open other then that its quiet clean and spacious
Close to Universal Studios, clean rooms that were well accommodated! Neat kitchen area, dining area, and living room. Each room has a patio area which I loved personally. I will say during our visit there was some updating/construction going on which was a little noisy on days we planned on sleeping in but they did notify us of the construction before hand so it wasn't unexpected.
