I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Christmas Mountain Village. Upon arrival, the accommodation was in unacceptable condition. The refrigerator was covered in fingerprints, the chairs were stained and dirty, and there were cobwebs and insect nests both inside and outside the windows. The furniture was damaged, the bathtub had hair in it, and the windows and sills were filthy. These conditions are unhygienic and far below the standard advertised on Booking.com.
