Purchased a week stay online. Showed up at resort and they gave me the bait-n-switch routine. The room I purchased was supposed to have 1-King, 1-Queen, 2-Bath, and Laundry. When I got there, they gave me a room with 1-Bath and no Laundry. I showed them my reservation and the pictures and description showing that I paid for a different room. They refused to resolve the situation saying they had the right to substitute different rooms at their discretion. I really recommend Christmas Mountain as a vacation spot! overall very clean and tidy. we did have noisy neighbors which we can’t control.

Christmas Mountain Village (Bluegreen Resort) exceeded expectations from start to finish. Rather than a typical hotel room, you get your own individual condo/cabin, which makes a huge difference for comfort and privacy. Our unit had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a fireplace, a sunroom, and two full bathrooms — genuinely felt like a home away from home rather than a hotel stay.
