If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a park model home at Christmas Mountain. Since we purchased we have been treated with so much disrespect this year. We own business’s and value treating people like they matter. These people are extremely rude and some just plain cruel. Except for the pool staff they are great. Simple questions get made into big deals all because no one knows anything about anything. They all work and manage this place but non of them know anything.
