Shore Crest does NOT have ADA Complaint rooms or if they do, your staff was negligent and did not give us the correct room. Either way Bluegreen needs to take responsibility for the lies and harm caused to us with the dedgrading manner we have been treated. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. The amount of planning necessary to travel is full of stumbling blocks because so many places people go have no wheelchair access.
