Unfriendly. Rushed. No time for their patients. I felt like a number rather than a human. All staff seemed pretty miserable. Morale must be low.
I've never had one problem with and of the staff. They are nice and polite, help getting me in really quick when have unexpected issues. Doctor is amazing she is so helpful and makes sure she knows all detail about the situation at hand. She very Thorough about explaining anything I may not fully understand .I love all the staff her they are amazing. .
Called to make an appointment girl was like okay by poor customer service skills and rude sounded like she hated her job
I don’t think they understand their job still Entails customer service. The receptionist could have a better attitude. I’m not sure if I’m the only person that deals with the poor service. I’m with another physician now and happier
I went to the girl dr don’t remember her name but I went to get my Nexplanon out and she cut in a whole different spot then it was at and told me I have to go get a ultrasound to see where it’s at. Very unsatisfied with the service
