Just had a great visit with Bluegrass Vision Group today! The staff was so very nice, very polite and friendly and helpful was treated very good. So thankful there are business that still care about patients.. Thank you all very much!!!
Ladies at the front desk very unprofessional. Went in for eye exam for driver's license. Pass the eye exam. They scheduled us to come back in another day to do the paperwork. I feel all thereafter is money .Will not go back
I made an eye appointment here a few months ago. I was told over the phone they took my insurance… I show up & give the woman at the front desk my insurance card & was told that they didn’t take my insurance.. this was no problem until she had an awful attitude towards me. The inside of the building looked very nice & clean but I do think the ladies at the desk working that day could’ve been more professional.
This place is a joke!!! My son received glasses without a lense in his frames, when picking them up from the office. So we were all shocked at that time, but mistakes happen -ok- they sent them back to the lab for a redo. However when the new pair came... There were prescription lenses in both eyes that weren't supposed to be. It was meant to be only for one eye!! How very disappointing! So I of course have to try and get another frame sent to where my son lives out of town , for a hopeful swap of lenses from both frames . T... read more
