I can never get them to answer the phone. I was on hold for 8 minutes this time and still nobody picked up but it seems others tend to have the same issue. I love both of the doctors and they do great work everytime, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Steele and Dr. Brooks. I’ve been seeing Dr. Steele for almost 20 years now. It’s always hit or miss with the front office staff these days though which is disheartening.
I called for my yearly appointment since they didn’t call to tell me it was overdue and I told them my eyes were acting up and I was told by Dr Steele himself that where I have auto immune disorders and eye issues that pop up within a few days that I would be able to get in to be seen in a timely manner. I was told they were booked two months out and that I would not get in before then. I explained my conditions and basically the girl that answered the phone DID NOT CARE. Aweful. Do not answer the phone, have to ring 7x. Glasses not ready after way more than allocated time. Called and explained I was going to my mother's 90 birthday in Africa- each time they did nothing to expedite my glasses. When I walked into the office - it seemed real nice, I have been served all over the globe for my glasses in my 63 years. THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. NEVER AGAIN HERE
