She seemed very knowledgeable, but when I was a bit confused about the process, I asked her a question maybe a couple times, but she seemed agitated and came off a bit rude maybe it was just me.

This team is not only professional, but very compassionate. My kitten had two eye surgeries recently. The communication was excellent as was the outcome. To place trust into a vet/surgeon for a beloved family member is so difficult. Erica and her team earned not only my trust but my respect.
