What a great crew! We had an emergency tire repair situation at 7:00 PM on a Saturday evening and Raff didn’t hesitate to help us get a new tire installed and balanced even at such an inconvenient time. Terry joked and helped us feel comfortable and entertained with his friendly demeanor while we waited! It was a welcome surprise not be treated like an imposition but a valuable customer! Our charge was less than expected as well. Feeling very grateful!
