While driving through Kentucky, I hit a pothole that damaged my tire beyond repair. I called Raffs and explained what happened. My car did not come with a spare and I was 45 minutes from their shop. They told me to sit tight and he would get help for me. He set up a 24-hour service to come out with a replacement tire, he made sure the correct size replacement tire was available, gave them my location and my phone number and then called me and said that they were on their way. Needed to get my car aligned, after having to replace a control arm from another garage that did not have the lift for the job. At Raff’s they have the lift, the tools and above all the knowledge.
