I rented a storage unit from them for almost two years. I went to my unit and saw the lock had been changed. Owner denies changing the lock. Had to wait a month for the owner to cut the lock to find all of my stuff gone. While we waited for the owner to cut the lock, I was informed I would still have to pay the monthly fee or, if my stuff was still in the unit, it would be auctioned, despite the fact I was waiting on THEM to cut the lock. I had such a ridiculous experience with Bluegrass Storage (office located inside Joe Hill's). Rude & disrespectful employees at the front desk who stare at you awkwardly instead of answering the question. They have 3 phone lines & not one of them works. They tell you to call them to manage any changes, but they don't answer the phone. Very inconvenient to do business with them. Additionally, they make it uncomfortable to do business with them.
