Amazing amazing people. We moved up here from Florida to Bardstown Kentucky got here did not rent a big enough unit The owner was on site and gave me the key to his personal storage unit for a few things that could not fit in my storage unit. Like I said amazing people
I rented a storage unit from them for almost two years. I went to my unit and saw the lock had been changed. Owner denies changing the lock. Had to wait a month for the owner to cut the lock to find all of my stuff gone. While we waited for the owner to cut the lock, I was informed I would still have to pay the monthly fee or, if my stuff was still in the unit, it would be auctioned, despite the fact I was waiting on THEM to cut the lock.
