This office is extremely shady. They keep attempting to bill me a second time for a visit that both me and my insurance provider already paid for. It’s being sent as another bill entirely, yet my insurance hasn’t produced a second EOB. They have itemized the bill marking it as “rejected by insurance”. Yeah, I’m sure it was, if you had sent the bill at all. Because we’ve already paid and there is no evidence that my insurance has even seen this second charge.
Keeps trying to bill me when va paid for my visit. This place is fraudulent
