Nicholas and Mary are the ultimate professionals. They did such an amazing job getting our hot tub back up and running. I would highly recommend them. I can’t express enough how kind and knowledgeable they are.
We are so pleased with the work they did! They responded in a timely manner, kept us informed about the issues we were having with our swim spa, the parts needed to repair it, price and the timeline it would take to fix it. They also let us know when they were at our home (we were at work) and even took time to love on our dog. We will definitely use them again in the future. So grateful for them fixing our swim spa! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Nicholas and Mary of Bluegrass Pool and Spa when they opened my backyard pool for the summer. They not only got the pool pump up and running, Nick walked me through the process, taking time to explain how the pool, filter and entire system operates, and he took the time to offer me pointers on what to look for when I troubleshoot or encounter problems. I highly recommend Bluegrass Pool and Spa. I have a 15 year old hot tub that had stopped working and I was ready to haul it off because who works on these things anyway? I thought I should at least call around first. My first call told me just what I thought. “No, we don’t work on anything that old”. But they were kind enough to give me BP&S phone number.
