Nick and Mary were extremely helpful and are true professionals. Their knowledge of hot tub repair is unbelievable. They repaired a 34 year old Hot Springs that I thought was at its end of life. A new breaker, pump seals, and thermostat got it back in service like new. I highly recommend them for your repair and service needs. Mary is good in communicating status and follow up after repairs.
Very heavy- handed contract stipulations including litigation parameters, court cost concessions for lawsuits, high fees, and lots of lawyering before they’ll do business. Many red flags.

We are so pleased with the work they did! They responded in a timely manner, kept us informed about the issues we were having with our swim spa, the parts needed to repair it, price and the timeline it would take to fix it. They also let us know when they were at our home (we were at work) and even took time to love on our dog. We will definitely use them again in the future. So grateful for them fixing our swim spa!
