Devastating experience. I am struggling with betrayal trauma from this company, & the trauma is getting worse every day that goes by without resolution. It is affecting all areas of my life, my future, and my kids. I was informed less than 24 hours before closing that there was a $47,000 HUD lien that completely wiped out my equity. I’m traumatized by this company. I was blindsided with a shocking day before closing $47k HUD lien that wiped out my equity. This is so dehumanizing. I made a very difficult decision to sell my home of 10 years to pay off my chapter 13 bankruptcy. I was provided a seller net sheet that I was receiving $75k in profit. I even reached out to one of the ladies in the office and confirmed my payoff, DOUBLE CHECKING to make sure of the amount that I was going to be getting back on closing day.
