As seems somewhat common, issued arise. Bluegrass seemed motivated to clear issues as soon as possible. Professionals the three times I've worked with them.
This was the WORST EXPERIENCE with a title company we have ever experienced. The buyers realtor chose them. They made SO many errors!! They claim to be the best and yet they were SO unprofessional and unprepared. It was like dealing with idiots. We could not get them to understand who was the estate administrator or how to do the payout once sold. They kept preparing it wrong!
