Great closing and title company highly recommend
We had been long time renters after selling our house in 2008 when we moved out of state. After being back in Kentucky for a few years we decided to purchase. The closing experience at Bluegrass Land Title was professional and enjoyable. They added a nice touch with the congratulations message on a TV monitor in the meeting room (pic attached). They thoroughly explained every document to be signed, nothing was rushed and everything was buttoned up. Thank you for being a big part of our big day!
